A spaghett is traditionally made with a cheap beer, a red bitter aperitif, and - optionally - lemon. You simply add the aperitif to the beer. In a glass, in a bottle, in a can. Do it however you want and keep it easy.
We've tried this with many beers and our current favorite is Douglas. They're out of Seattle and a can is like $2. Rainier, PBR, Miller High Life are also good for cheapies. If you're feeling something higher quality, we love hoppy local craft beers here. Ferment, Kings and Daughters, Old Town Brewing, or whatever your currently stocked with.
Open a beer.
Take a few sips.
Top off the beer with Canopy Vino Amaro.
Squeeze in a citrus wedge if you're feeling fancy. Grapefruit, lemon, or orange. Lime might be weird here.
