Use it in place of Cappelletti, Aperol, or Campari for an easy regional twist on cocktails. Sip over ice, mix into a spritz or Negroni, or top off a beer—always great with a lemon garnish.

Picked in Prineville, Oregon on Jeb's parents small farm by three generations of Hollabaughs.
Oregon Saffron
Sourced from Golden Traditions, a small farm in North Plains, Oregon and one of the only local growers.
Pinot Blanc
Harvested and barreled in Southern Oregon. Jeb drives down to collect the wine.
A low-alcohol spritz that tastes like sunshine in the woods.
Fill a glass with ice and add 1/2 Canopy Vino Amaro and 1/2 sparkling water. Garnish with lemon.
If you're feeling fancy, swap the sparkling water for prosecco. If you want even lower alcohol, use just a dash of Canopy with sparkling water.
